Twinsburg, Ohio – Hitachi Medical Systems America, Inc. (HMSA) announced that it has received a multiple unit order for Swissray’s direct digital radiography systems from American Radiology Services, Inc. (ARS) of Baltimore, Maryland.
ARS is affiliated with John Hopkins Imaging LLC and owns and operates 18 imaging centers and provides professional services for fourteen hospitals in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. ARS performed in excess of 1.3 million diagnostic imaging procedures in 1999.
